Spent my afternoon sewing!! I know, I know!
And you'll be pleased to hear that after twenty (thirty?) years of quilting, I've finally managed to stitch a perfect 1/4 inch.
My blocks barely needed trimming. I'm very pleased with myself.
It turns out I was moving my needle four clicks to the right, and lining the fabric up with the foot.
Well, if I move it five clicks to the right, it's perfect! I've also stopped using steam in my pressing and it's such a difference, I can't tell you.
So there, that's one positive from my coronavirus staycation.
Have a lovely day!
