      Hi Francis, each raw block (unfinished) is 4.5" I started with a 1.5" square in the centre, and each log is 1" cut strips.

    Me too! How big is that Log Cabin quilt going to be? Looks big! I need to finish wrapping a gift and get some dusting done. Still have some shopping to do too, when I just want to say "just let me quilt!"

      Hi Carole,

      Thanks for your post. The quilt looks large, but it'll be about a queen, I think. I also think I may have got carried away and made way too many blocks so I might get a smaller cot quilt out of it also.

    I haven't done any sewing for days. This pesky business of shopping, and celebrating just keeps getting in the way. LOL. The log cabins look fabulous.
