I am sorry that your daughter ...I loved this post! I am sorry that your daughter is anxious about Donald Trump, but at least she is a good distance away! She is such a tender age. Perhaps you could tell her that even American presidents are not allowed to be too naughty, and many grown-ups will be watching him to see that he behaves properly, or we will send him home! (I know this is part gross exaggeration and part over-simplification and part pure wishful thinking, but maybe at her age you could get away with that explanation...) I was amused and delighted to read that you had turned to Doc Martin after our election. Although we had watched it before, we began to watch from the beginning too and it did provide some blissful escape from reality that we really needed this week<br />I really, really like your owls! They would be wonderful in additional projects too.Catskill Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15327243220995371935noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4024627395412379646.post-52927669361363316722016-11-11T02:43:46.011+10:302016-11-11T02:43:46.011+10:30love your version of the owlslove your version of the owlstheresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17414829629404409683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4024627395412379646.post-1402683253392490742016-11-10T15:30:59.909+10:302016-11-10T15:30:59.909+10:30What a world-wide event the election was..all four...What a world-wide event the election was..all four corners of the world have been watching with 'interest'... how concerning what your young daughter was thinking. I do love your owls and your take on the pattern is beautiful - it's very soothing - the ideal project me thinks.Raewynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11123089629481933099noreply@blogger.com
